How can a sleep study help me?
If you’re one of the 70 million Americans that have a difficult time sleeping at night or suffer from loud snoring, trouble staying asleep or you frequently wake up, then a sleep study at the Bradford Regional Medical Center Sleep Disorder Center could help discover the cause. Poor sleep contributes to low energy, trouble focusing, high blood pressure and even heart disease. A sleep study can help improve your sleep and overall health.
